The Westin Beijing Chaoyang New Organic Food Promotion

Starting from January, The Westin Beijing Chaoyang will launch an organic food promotion together with Noah Organic Farming, providing organic food and drinks across Seasonal Tastes, Zen5es, Grange Grill, Mai and Exchange. During this promotion, hotel guests will not only be able to savor the healthy and tasty delicacies, but also participate in family activities organized by the hoteland the farm.

The food ingredients chosen in this organic food promotion are both China and EOS certified vegetables. This also adheres to one of the six pillars of the Well-being at Westin, Eat Well, in which Westin empowers guests to maintain their healthy habits away from home with wholesome, nourishing dishes for kids and adults alike.

The newly launched organic food promotion caters to the appetite of different guests, including organic afternoon tea in Exchange, six-course organic menu in Mai, four-course organic menu in Grange Grill, organic tasting menu in Zen5es, weekend organic salad bar in Seasonal Tastes, as well as, organic wines from Australia. From these selections, you could choose something light such as anorganic salad, or something special like the sea prawns with organic wuta-tsai, or the organic brown rice and garden vegetable sushi, or even for a meat lover, the Australian Gippsland all natural pure beef ribeye would just be great.

Throughout this promotion, guests could also choose wine pairing with the Australian Certified Organic Rocky Gully Cabernets 2013 and Rocky Gully Shiraz 2014, orjoin us for the organic wine dinner at Zen5es.

Noah Organic Farming

The farm was established in 2011. Based on the production technology of organic agriculture, the farm concentrates on the biocontrol experiment using natural enemies of insect, organic vegetables cultivation, and 24 hours of farm-house services. The farm has fully digitalized control and monitor on organic cultivation, biological control of organic fertilizer, fresh vegetable picking and package, as well as, 24 hours temperature controlled distribution.
